Upgraded my compact car to a brand new truck for free, let me extend a day with just a phone call and picked me up and dropped me off like 30 miles away. This place is amazing

Called in just to check and see if they had a vehicle available and was transferred to the reservation department...after going through all kinds of questions finally she let's me know that I'm reserved and I will get a email..and then just said bye and hung up. I still had questions and she litterly rushed me off the phone!! Horrible service...we have enough people in the world were we shout NOT have to deal with automated phone systems that SUCK...

These guys are great! The location in Decatur is now my "go to" car rental facility. I highly recommend them if you need a rental.

Very expensive but only car rental in Decatur, TX. Employees were friendly but also not able to follow directions very well. Would’ve gone elsewhere if available. Biggest drawback was the $ was TWICE as high as other enterprise agencies within 40 miles.
