DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!! Unsanitary conditions. They take in hundereds of animals in one day and the work shows. The did a horrible cut and sew job on my dogs neuter and it ended up becoming infected. They took no responciblity and I had to take him to a real vet. My mom took her dogs here and they came home with kennel cough.. she also was refused meds to get them better because of the paperwork you sign when you drop them off says that theyre not responcible. If you care about your pet, pay a little extra money amd go to a real vet. I wish I had.

Brought my puppy in to get spayed on 8/30 thinking I was doing the right thing. Received a call around 2:30pm to tell me my puppy did not survive the spaying. We are devastated! Please be aware that animals CAN and DO DIE during spaying/neutering. When I picked up her body, the vet did not even come out and let me know what happened.

I brought my cat in on May 8th to get spayed, with a lot of doubt but trusted the workers with my cat. A couple days later.. I had noticed she was not acting well, her stomach was inflamed and oozing with infection. I called the day after because she was in heat.. nobody called me back, so I called again the next day and the lady told me this was normal, and happenes sometimes. That night I called the hospital listed on the discharge letter because it was after hours. The hospital told me to just go back to Arni's in the morning and they will fix whatever with no charge.. I brought my cat back, and they stapled her up... what a horrible scream she let out while this happened.. when they were done, my boyfriend asked the lady who brought her back out " Was it infected?" And the lady said "no" and handed us a written script for Amoxicillin. I called that day to ask them when we should be bringing her back to get the staples out... NO CALL BACK.. STILL. 2 days later.. I knew this wasn't right.. I took her into my clinic and the doctor said the infection was so bad, if they did not do surgery on her, he feared the worst and even her insides just coming out... It has been 10 days since she got her 2nd surgery to reopen her and she got checked this morning. She is doing wonderful now after this surgery! Talked to the surgical nurse this morning who said the infection was tremendous! I will never let any of my friends/family animals go here ever again. && don't try calling to contact, because nobody will ever call you back!

They are very nice and professional, of course very affordable. My dog hasn't had any issues with the incision site, however a few inches above she's developed a rash, or what looks like a really bad razor burn that seems to bother her more than the incision. Poor baby, but she will heal fine. Another note on the cost, I was charged ten dollars extra because they said she was in heat, but she was not in heat or going into heat. And on the paperwork it showed that I was charged for her being in heat but on a different paper that only showed her health, it said she was not. It's only ten dollars so nbd, but it's worth mentioning. Only gave 4 stars because of the razor burn and she came home with fleas. Anyway, she's healing perfectly and fast. Day two and she's back to her happy, bouncy self.
