I’ve always loved Tijuana Flats for the food and the environment they provide, today however, the service is what shined the most! I totally goofed on my order (was my fault/misunderstanding) but this young lady by the name of Kaitlyn assisted me and assured it would be no problem at all to fix my order. It was done quickly and fixed up perfectly! Another young lady by the name of Stacey was also on point in checking in on me and making sure all was well!
I must admit, I would’ve never expected such good service from such a young staff, but tonight they made my night with a positive attitude and good work ethics. If you’re the manager reading this, those ladies deserve a thank you and that kind of service is what will always keep Tijuana Flats a favorite of mine for years to come! And as always the food is AWESOME!

I'll start by saying that it's not as good as when they had only one location (downtown Orlando.) It IS still good food! Interesting variety of related choices. Staff always friendly and helpful.
Ordering process confuses some people at first, but it's easy to master. Grab a menu at the front door. Decide what you want. Tell the people at the register - they will all you name and give you your drinks. Find a spot to sit (inside or outside.) Wait for them to call your name, make yourself seem, they'll bring your food to you! And, enjoy the "Sauce Bar" - mild to flaming, your choice.
Best recommendation I can make is that I've been at their different locations, and I keep coming back. And I'll be back there again - won't be long

I have ALWAYS been a fan of the ISB location because they support scouts but now Im an even bigger fan. Its 8 hrs after Hurricane Irma and they are open. Not only open but a line out the back door and around. They have not only served each customer in a great timely manner but also did it with smiles, welcomes and warm foods. The management here is a Class A act. I recommend this location to everyone.
