Very busy location. Service is as fast as can be expected with the number of people who are usually there. Food is good

Went there for lunch and ordered a salad. Barely any dressing on it. Only 2 slices of chicken and 3 apple slices. Ordered a whole and got more like a half.
My colleague had the same issue.

Always a wonderful experience at Panera Bread, more than helpful staff excellent food and environment, wonderful cleanliness and sophisticated appearance and how can I forget the coffee bar..... Its state of the art! Sometimes I go there just for the coffee

Please retrain these impolite children on how to give proper customer service. Take my advice and just go to the one on Granada Blvd. Never gotten sick from their food nor have I had an issue with customer service there. The dinning room looks like the walls are never cleaned with old milk stains in the booth. I am also upset that I never get my pickle when I order a full sandwich from here! I know that's petty but it's not a mistake when you forget 3 separate times. The visit was not during a rush either.

Always out of something, have to get the order right takes three tries. Used to be a great place for breakfast and now it's changed management company and its really has gone downhill. Avoid if possible.
