BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: First I “waited” in the drive thru line. No biggie. Then pulled up to give my order. Got no response. Still no biggie. 3rd, I “waited” thinking that perhaps there was only 1 person taking orders for 2 of the drive thru lanes.
I waited until the other customer in drive thru lane 1 completed their order. I attempted to place an order again but still....no response. Then, another customer pulls up to the other drive thru lane and begins to place their order. Still no biggie.
At that point, i simply drive up to place my order at the window. At that point, I inform them of what happened and then I am told that they will not take my order and that I have to drive around again to place an order .....
SERIOUSLY?!?! 😑😑 ...The manager acted like it was going to throw them off THAT bad. I literally just wanted 1 Cheeseburger! 🙄🙄 how hard is it to extend customer service when I waited all that time?! The vibes and customer service interaction were just rude and I left completely dissatisfied.

I thought I was in a restaurant but better. Lounge chairs for seating & cushion bench seats. We order like usual and the meal was delivered too our table. Congrats McD. Someone is on the ball at headquarters!

I normally don't eat fast food especially at McDonald's but since we had no power from the storm, I went and I am glad it filled our bellies. The prices have gone up a smidge but not much. The order stations inside was a shocker to me and easy to use.

Store manager Danilza works her butt off everyday to keep this ship afloat. Someone needs to recognize her for all she does for this company. Food is always hot and fresh and most employees are polite and friendly. Store is cleaner than any other McDonald's in the area.

Wish I could give them ZERO stars! Asked for extra Pickles (that I paid for) and they only put four Pickles on the burger. Also asked for extra lettuce and it was only a sprinkle of lettuce on the burger. Went back inside to get my order CORRECT and was given an attitude. SMH. Never again will I go to this McDonald's nor will I recommend anyone to come here!!! Better yet there's a Krystal's right next door.
