Overpriced and poor quality.
McDonald's has fresher salads. All the condiments come from a can. If you add grilled chicken to your salad you get refrigerated over cooked dry cold chicken for an additional charge of $4.50.

Staff is always friendly, the food is always good, and the prices are reasonable. I eat lunch there at least once a week, and it's consistently great.
