All of the tables were dirty, no ice in the machine in the dining room, the parking lot had garbage all over the place, no ketchup in dining room, frozen drink machine wasn't frozen, I ordered bacon cheeseburger got 2 slices of cheese but only 1/2 a piece of bacon not even 1 slice and almost no ketchup or mustard on any burger we got. The person who helped me and took my order was nice and gave me what I needed but other than that the experience stunk. Cranky old lady yells at me when she came out of the bathroom because I was waiting and she thought I knocked and she had just went in there and I didn't even knock.

Not the best Burger King! Needs renovation BAD! Burgers were Luke warm as were the fries. Our favorite Burger King at the beach in Ormond Beach seemed to be closed.

Ordered 2 Long Hamburgers, they were supposed to come with lettuce and I ordered one no onion and one with tomato. I went in to fix it and I was told they were made how they were ordered and they dont come with lettuce. I said yes they do its on the sign and they clearly weren't made how I ordered them. . The manager rolled his eyes as he was poking through them with his bare hands then made me another 2 which he gave to me. I said thank you sir I hope you have a great day, he said " uh huh" and walked away.

The customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. I was in and out in a timely manner. Thanks for being one of the best BK in central Florida.
