I used to go here to pay my bill, they were nice inside but the company over the phone with my claim is where I had the issues.
It's been 6 years since my experience but they are the first auto insurance I ever had to screw me over after an accident.
I got into a car accident 6 years ago. I was deemed not at fault, the other car in the accident had the same car insurance as I did. Had some one get an estimate on the damage and talk to me about my deductible. Then over the span of 1 year (quite possibly more) (Now I didn't have a lawyer so i didn't know any better at this point.) I had made about 5 or so calls to this company trying to find out when my car would get fixed. After the initial claim, They told me that my case/claim had been closed. I didn't know why since my car hadn't been fixed, they said they'd re open it and have a supervisor look at it, and it would be about a month or so. Not once did I ever get a call back from them. And every time I called them back after a few weeks I was told it was closed again.
After a while I gave up, and then cancelled my insurance with them. I wish I never gave up and that I had contacted a lawyer, I feel stupid for letting this company take advantage of me.
