Multiple neck and back herniations. Complex pain management case due to complications of multiple abdominal surgeries. Started in 2011 with them and I am now 6 years later and still. With them.. I am able to do half marathons, and much improved quality of life. I am 61, and they are NO pill mill, they are diagnostic rely on Mri, CT, labs, nerve studies etc and they are about quality of life. If your seeking meds, this is the wrong place. If you have medical problems this is the best place to be sorted out. If you require medication pain or otherwise they are MD's. THE Daytona office was gross and was closed down and they rented there, and own the office in Ormond and it is gorgeous. They accept most all insurances, if they were a pill mill they would not be backed by insurance companies AARP, blue Cross, United Healthcare etc..

I have brought a neighbor here and I have NEVER seen such a filthy dirty place. I'm only sitting in waiting room. Dead cockroach, huge dirty stains and actual garbage all over. Yikes. A Dr's office should be clean......right????

There seems to be a problem with this group, they bill and forget to show the copay and practice pain relief by injections. Where is the physical therapy they advertise and why do they send you out to clinics for their blood work and MIR?
All seem to be just riding the gravy train and misdiagnosed my health problems. Go to a Doctor that attended school in this country and can be verified. I can believe the Feds are watching this bunch of scammers. Be careful of this group.

This is a reprehensible medical practice. They do not return phone calls, they bill you even though you have paid and more important they are at the bottom of their class. Mirabelli says he worked for The Cleveland Clinic and Case Western but they have no record, I mean zero record of him at all anywhere. Do not expect them to treat you as a human. THIS IS A PILL MILL. STAY AWAY YOU WILL BE SORRY. THEY ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE FEDS.
