They never answer the phone. Called various times throughout the day and always got the message service. Said they'd return my call and didnt do so till 2 days later. Poor service over the phone and in person, they question you as to why your asking certain things and the wait to get in to a room is long. One of the lady's who does cleaning is very nice but she's too light handed and doesn't clean well especially if she sees you flinching. Nice to know she cares about inflicting pain, but I just don't leave with the clean feeling as I did with Walter in Deland.

the receptionist was absolutely rude! And from the reviews tells me a whole lot about this office 😱

I scheduled a new patient exam for a cleaning and gave my insurance information over the phone for pre-verification. I received a voicemail stating my insurance was for emergency procedures only however as a busy professional I could not call back before the dental office closed. The next morning I showed up 15 minutes early yesterday so that the insurance issue could be sorted out. One receptionist was very nice trying to get the issue sorted, however the receptionist in charge of inputting the insurance was extremely rude. After waiting an hour for them to verify insurance I went to the front desk and asked to reschedule the appt because I had to go to work soon. Not once did anyone apologize for my inconvenience nor update me as to the progress that was being made (I had to ask myself). I work in the medical industry as well and if one of my client's were in a similar situation every effort would be made to make sure that their issues were handled in a timely manner. I have cancelled that appt and will not be returning here.

I'm really disappointed in the office portion of location. I set an appointment for the oral surgeon for 11 am, as a new patient who expected new patient paperwork I showed up at 10:30 to ensure I got my paperwork in on time before my scheduled appointment which I did. It is now 12:15, I have not been called back yet nor not one of the 20 office staff members I've seen standing/sitting around have come to the lobby to explain to patients that any of the doctors are running behind or that we'd be taken care of shortly. The staff is literally sitting there on their phones. I don't think I'd be so irritated if the staff was somewhat professional and took the initiative to even somewhat explain what was going on to patients rather than taking walk in patients without appointments who go back before you when you've been waiting almost two hours for a scheduled appointment. Save yourself the time and frustration, just walk in and they'll take great care of you before people who have scheduled this a month in advance. :)
