For over a decade Bruce has been the reason why I was never "scared" to visit the dentist. I have always been happy with his work and he and his staff feel like family. They have been warm, compassionate and professional since day 1. If I had a child, I would take them to Bruce.

We have always found Dr. Benedictson to be highly competent, friendly and always on the side of the patient. We especially appreciate the relaxing and professional ambiance of his office and entire staff. We have known him and his dental practice for over 30 years and he is recognized by the Daytona area community and his peers as one of the top dental practitioners in the area. In fact, over the past few decades we have recommended him to a number of our friends and family and they have always been happy and thanked us for recommending him. Highly recommended:-)

I was treated very poorly at Dr. Benedictson's dentist office. I went in to Dr. Benedictson's office to get my tooth extracted. At my first visit he convinced me the tooth could be saved, so I didn't have it pulled. Instead I got a temporary filling, which went alright. He has unsteady hands so he poked me in the lips, cheek, and stuck the little mirror down my throat while adjusting another tool he had in his hand. Two weeks later I went back to get the permanent filling. After the novocain wore off from the procedure, which was around 4:45 pm, I was in excruciating pain. I tried calling the office ten minutes before they closed, no answer. For the next two hours I tried calling the emergency number Dr. Benedictson's receptionist provided me and no one answered. The next morning I called back to the office and scheduled an appointment to see what was going on with the tooth. Dr. Benedictson told me the tooth was starting to abscess and it needed to be surgically removed, which he is not able to do. I've never heard of a dentist who can't pull a tooth. So I made an appointment with another dentist. They took a new x-ray and discovered my tooth was not abscessed, Dr. Benedictson drilled to deep and made the filling too big, so the filling was pinching my nerve, which is why I was in so much pain. At this point the tooth that could have actually been saved now has to be removed. I got the tooth removed, it didn't need to be removed surgically either, just a simple pulling. So a lot of pain, hassle, extra money, and weeks later I finally got my tooth taken care of. I highly recommend that you do not use Dr. Benedictson as your dentist.

Fantastic Dentist. Very helpful and made me feel extremely comfortable. From the receptionist to the dentist to his assistant, I think I have found my new dentist. really great place. highly recommended.
