Wouldn't use this location again. I attempted to use a debit card and because my documents didn't have matching addresses I was not allowed to rent the car. This happened despite me having an employee reservation made by a family member. I explained that the address discrepancy was due to me being in the military and provided my military documentation. I was still not allowed to rent.

Nonsmoking car....was quite smokey....
When I tried to return car..the location was closed...
I called the 800 number and was able to switch out vehicle at airport location..

My Fiancé had her car in shop - rented a Hyndi Accent - Wondering how they disinfect there cars?? Seats especially. She only drove it from Sunday to Monday. She kept complaining about something with the seat bothering her back. Ended up VERY LARGE swollen HIVES of some sort. SO bad she had to go to the Doctor and get treated. Just how clean are these cars in the most important places?? They WERE to give her a discount on NEXT rental and never HAVE. Hopefully her back will clear up. It's documented with the Doctor.

Nice people to work with, nice clean cars and cheapest in town. The only negative part about my visit is that the clerk told me not to fill up the car, they will refill it for $1.89 a gallon. Believe it or not i was charged $29 for only .25 fuel usage.. 😅😅 but in FL fuel is cheap and for $30 thats like 12-14gallons.. the car i used probably had a 12 gallon tank. Rent their cars just fill it up your self :)

I've been to a ton of locations and various providers, and this Enterprise is hands-down the best. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and will go out of their way to make sure your needs are taken care of. The selection of vehicles varies, but no doubt there will be a variety to choose from and the two cars I had were clean, new and wonderful. I didn't want to return my Nissan Pathfinder! In addition, they will pick up the phone - When it comes to our busy schedules, no one wants to wait on hold or navigate through an automated operator situation. When renting a car, this is my #1 recommendation!
