Always good!! If you haven't been here you HAVE to try it! It's a build your own sushi! If you don't want fish/shrimp you can have chicken or steak or tofu! It is sooo good!!! And clean!! Staff is very friendly and helpful!!

I LOVE this place. Sushi is my favorite food, and after trying several disappointing places throughout Sidney, Troy, and Dayton, I finally stumbled across this restaurant. A modern Chipotle-style set up allows you to create your own roll to your liking. The prices are great and the quality is even better. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for some quick, high quality sushi.

The ingredients are fresh the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The place is clean but my first reaction was it smelled bad. I personally prefer to not create my own sushi roll combinations. I want to pick from a menu and enjoy a tried and true recipe, not become a sushi bar chef.

I LOVE this place. My husband isn't a sushi fan, so it's nice I can go and get great sushi when I'm on my own for lunch or dinner. Very fresh, very tasty, and it's fun to choose your own ingredients. Earlier this year the "seasonal veggie" was STRAWBERRIES, and it was surprisingly good in a roll. I wouldn't have thought of it, but it was great. I'll go here at the slightest excuse. PS the app is very easy to use and I order from it constantly.

First of all of sign up with their app, your first roll is free! Really nice place. The staff is super sweet. They are kind explaining how everything works. The food is way better than expected. Delicious food. Clean and healthy. You feel like you're eating healthy even with the sauces. Prices are great even with out the app. They are really beefing up the restaurants on brown street, for the better. Definitely go try FUSIAN. It's well worth it.
