Beautiful space, clean, and ample equipment available for out of towners. Went to simple class and enjoyed the pace, challenge level of being on the easier side. Wished the instructor would've demonstrated moves; as a beginner not knowing all terms I had some trouble in beginning knowing exactly what to do. But overall loved the space and the class did the trick for loosening things up and providing stress relief. Hope to come back when I'm in town for longer.

Amazing decor and heat. Classes hit all the facets of what anyone would need! And there is a shower for those early birds who go to work after class!!
