Change my policy without my knowledge. Had me with two policies on the same car. Completely pissed me off about that. Then they took my autopay off something I've had for years and for some odd reason can't put me back on autopay. Who needs an agent who'll mess you up to the point where you don't even know if you have coverage or not? I wish I could give no stars but I like Allstate as a company

My agent Katina makes me feel great and treats me like family, she is always available to answer any of my questions. I've never felt so confident about my insurance company, they are the best! Special thanks to her and Nelisha Nolan for their wonderful work at Allstate!!
