What an astounding experience. Carrie , Harmony (aka Holly...LOL), Bob, Zach, the Nurse who came and got me from the waiting and the other Nurses & Techs there were very professional yet comforting in a genuine manner. It was my first surgery and only felt as if I was at some sort of resort. My Nurse Carrie, RN took very good care of me before & after and made this experience much less frightening than I thought it might have been. Riverview Health Institute should be proud of these professionals and I will for sure, recommend this facility to anyone I know who is going to have surgery and hopefully they too will experience what true healthcare should be!! Thank you all very much.

I loved the nurses, being pampered was beyond awesome. Not like any other Hospital I have been in... loved All the people, the hospital food and most of all my doctor...

My experience with Riverview Health Institute was 5 star. It was friendly, timely and excellent from the time I walked in the door and was greeted at check in till the time they wheeled me out to the car. Not once did I have to wait longer than a couple of minutes for anything that I needed. They even offer you a free massage for yourself before your surgery and a massage for your family members while they wait on you. Everyone was caring and compassionate.Sometime during my pre op prep they must have administered my anesthesia because all I remember was I was talking with the nurse then the next thing I know I'm waking up in my big spacious comfortable room and all was well. They have accomodations for a family member to stay the night with you and they give you a complimentary warm fuzzy robe to comfort you even after you leave the hospital. Most hospital's are noisy at night and it is hard to sleep but not here. The nurses are very considerate and quite and the next morning when they said they were going to start the check out procedures I was checked out within the hour and they even took time to read over all the information that I needed to know for my homecare. Even my Dr. said himself, "if he ever needs to be hospitalized, this is the place he wants to go." Thank you everyone at Riverview Health Institute. BRAVO too all of you
