My grandpa has been going to this doctor for a while. Up until now, the service has been mediocre at best, but it's taken a downward turn. My grandpa had a severe allergic reaction in his eyes, and so he scheduled an emergency appointment with Denka.
Denka managed to get my grandpa in, but only looked at him for five minutes and just told my grandpa to take Claritin. Fast forward three days later, my grandpa's face is extremely swollen and it was a fight to get him to go to another doctor. When we convinced him he got some steroids to bring the inflammation down.
I can't believe that this doctor is so callous with his patients. I am finding my grandpa a new doctor ASAP! If you are a new patient, I would not recommend coming to Denka!

Dr Denka is a wonderful, caring caregiver. Sadly, he employs an office staff that just don't care about anything other than following rules. Every time I go in I have to brace myself to fight with the staff. Once I get to the Dr he assures me it'll be easier next time....several years of this has been frustrating.

Well, I was there when I was younger, and I haven't had anything wrong with me for years, but now when I need them, they classify me as a new patient, and because of that, they don't take my insurance anymore. They punish me for being healthy longer than 2 years straight.

Wonderful family physician. We have been patients for 9 years. He is very thorough, takes his time, never seems rushed. He has been spot-on with diagnosis and treatment. He has been very understanding with some of my husband's particular issues and is always going the extra mile. We were so happy with this practice that our daughter's see Dr. Kallet, and we've all been seen by Dr. Nanda when our regular physician is out. The staff if always considerate and does everything they can to accommodate our needs. Our wait is never long - they know how to schedule. I highly recommend this practice.
