Got sub-par service from Armani, but that's not what the low rating is for. A friend showed me on her Facebook page where she posted a pic of my debit receipt, with my personal information showing, and a rude comment. I shouldn't be put out there for not tipping someone I didn't think gave good service at all. Surely whoever runs the restaurant will handle this.
I was hoping I could come back here and edit this to be about how well management handled this situation, but instead it is to reiterate that nothing was handled, I emailed them, no response other than another rude post from Amani. Supporting this business is supporting this behavior from trashy employees.

I wish I could give it less than one star based on my most recent experience. Cynthia, the bar tender, decided she needed to tell us about how 'pissed' she was at her coworkers and how much she hated her job. Maybe she needs to get a different one. I've seen her in there for years, I'm a regular, and I don't think I'll be back when she's there. So disappointing. My friend and I used to love Uno's. Just hasn't been the same lately. She needs to know when enough is enough, and I truly don't think she knows how to give good service.

Showed up with no reservation before a show at the Schuster Center. I tried the call ahead, but apparently they had already been booked for 4 days. Was feeling a little nervous about getting in and out before the show, but the hostess was awesome! She has awesome dreads and just has "a way" about her! She assured me that she wouldn't have put me on the wait list if she couldn't feed my friends and me before the show. Just watching the way she handled the customers that came in after us, the way she explained to them that she couldn't promise to get them in...she was sweet, understanding, and empathetic. No one got angry with her because of the way she handled them. She's truly great at what she does and has a knack for customer service. She is a true asset to the company and I only hope she is truly appreciated the way we appreciated her that night. We made it to the show with plenty of time to spare and had a great night! Thank you, wonderful hostess!

We at the Landlords table for lunch. It was a great atmosphere. It was quiet enough to chat. There was no loud music. The waiter was excellent. The food was great!!!

This place has a great atmosphere. It is nicely located by the three main theaters in downtown Dayton, so it is a good place to go before or after a show. The lighting is subdued, giving it a cozy feeling. The food is standard fair. It is good but not amazing. The menu is diverse enough that you probably won't go hungry.
