It would be nice if they posted on their website and on their door that after 5pm they are a 21 and over place. Seriously? Can't wait until after dinner? Post it somewhere. The sad thing is his takes away from their rating and they have really good food.

I went in to the Oregon Express have a beer with friends. I went to the bar to order a specific beer that was shown on their beer list. I asked if they had that beer. The gal behind the bar said yes. She comes back with a different beer and tells me I have to buy a second beer and combine the two beers to get what I ordered. And it would be $11 for the two beers. So, I ordered a Pepsi instead. She charged me $3.25 for a crappy glass of Pepsi. That's why I don't go to the OE.

Horrible customer service! Came downtown for a performance and walked here afterwards to pick up a pizza. Was told by the doorman that we could go in and order, but if we "got caught" sitting down that we would be charged $20. Yes, we all had to stand as we looked over the menu, placed our order and waited for it to be ready. Additionally, the doorman came inside to stand and watch us the entire time making certain that we never took a seat while we waited. We placed our order and asked the bartender for paper plates. She was extremely rude and stated that she could get our pizza, but not plates, and then walked away to charge my debit card. I asked the manager for the owner's phone number and, instead of asking what issues we were experiencing and how she could resolve those issues, she said "what's your problem?" Unbelievable.
