DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY".
I bought their product on Groupon because it was on sale in June. After 4 months of waiting for my results that were promised between 3-4 weeks, I got fed up and emailed asking for a refund. I was then told that I had bought my product from a fake seller that was not associated with Pet CSI. I was then told that my account was on hold for non-payment but because of the scam they would honor and rush my results. It is now November and I still have not received anything. I have called and emailed and got nothing in return. THIS "COMPANY' HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE BBB.

Yikes! This is not a real company. I did not realize that until it was too late. I called Better Business Bureau and they gave me the low down on this company. This is not a company to do business with.

Stay away from these people. It's a scam. I bought three kits and haven't received any results. It's been three months. Contacting them repeatedly doesn't help as they keep saying they have my samples and I'll get them soon. It's sad because I bought the kits from my local SPCA and a horrible organization like petcsi shouldn't be using the SPCA to peddle their disaster of a product. I get the feeling the owner of this company is just pocketing the money and not bothering sending in the samples after doing some research on the internet. Also, there's hidden charges.

Have been waiting months for a DNA test that they claim will get back to you within 15-25 days. We call repeatedly with no response, and we have sent multiple emails with the same result.
We are now trying to get our money back, but I doubt that will be easy. STAY AWAY, there are much better services out there.

If I could give negative I would! This company claims to have results back to you within 3-4 weeks. I have been waiting for over two months now. NO RESULTS. The only way to get a response back from them is via email and that's a joke! All I've received is " You will be notified when results are in, thanks for your patience.". That was after I was told two weeks earlier that my results were ready! Lately I have not received replies back AT ALL. I tried to call the number listed for them and it's an answering system that basically sends you to voicemail every time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
