I wish I could give this place 10 stars. We had to bring our dog in at 2 AM for an emergency visit and Dr. French and the staff could not have been more helpful and compassionate. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

Went this morning with friend who's dog needed immediate attention and they refused treatment until full payment was received. Terrible experience.

My dog was extremely stressed and having very scary stomach issues late last Sunday... I wasn't sure whether to take him to the vet or wait til morning, so I called MedVet... they gave me a lot of great advice over the phone, but I decided (was not pushed) to bring my dog in to make sure that he would be ok. No way am I taking any chances with my sweet pup. The vet and the other staff were extremely kind, reassuring, did everything they could to keep costs down, and made sure that my sweet pom would be ok. A week later, he is finally on the mend thanks to this clinic. I wish that they could be his full time vet! I hope you never need them but I highly recommend them!

Very friendly staff and helpful when in a crisis. We had a horrible incident last year with a foster dog breaking loose on a walk and getting hit by a car. We ran in there and they supported us as much as they could and provided affordable burial options. We recently had our puppy fixed and she licked out a stitch. The vet tech kindly took a look at the incision and said it looked good but it was our decision if we wanted to see the vet (which we decided not to do since the pup wasn't having any bleeding or anything falling out). We purchased a cone from them and went on our way without it costing an arm and a leg for an emergency visit. It was nice they didn't take advantage of our paranoia over our pups surgery.

Would highly recommend you look elsewhere for another urgent vet before visiting here, but understand sometimes it's urgent and you don't have a choice. Dr. French was extremely rude, condescending, and not helpful. Not what you expect when you just want help for your pet after hours or in an urgent situation - especially when you're paying a lot of money.
