I went on a Friday. Was clean and nice place to be in. Ladies were very nice. One lady started on my lashes and completely messed them up. I wanted day eye didn't know what I got. They were scattered. Fortunately someone came in and requested the lady I had so Ms. Arrious had to come save the day. I told her I wanted day eye and she said ummm baby I can fix way she started. She did her best it looked ok. When she finished like a 100x better. But not exactly what I wanted. It's not even a full two weeks later and almost all my lashes are gone.
I have a full coming up but not sure if I want to go back for my free fill or take that L and go somewhere else.

Great service! My cluster lashes turned out great! Arrious was very professional and friendly-if I lived in the area I would definitely be back.

Overbooked appts. Showed up on time for my appt. Only one lash tech there and she was already working on someone and not close to being done! After making me wait about 15 - 20mins, I was then put in the same room as other client and the lash tech proceeded to work on both of us simultaneously!!! Didn't hear her stop to change gloves, sanitize hands, switch tools etc. Took over 2hrs and end result was the worst I have ever gotten done. I had to immediately call my regular lash lady and beg her to squeeze me in to fix it. That's what I get for buying a Groupon, I guess. Will never return. Stay away!

Called last minute to get in and I was squeezed in for the same day! Absolutely LOVED my eyebrow transformation and the "natural" lash look I asked for. Very professional and yet personable and laid back- great balance! I definitely recommend this place to everyone!!
