This location is very close to my house and there are a few items I like to get there. I am one of those persons who think there can be no excuse for a limited menu restaurant to ever be out of anything. To be out of any menu item means the manager has failed and needs to be replaced. Why have a manager if they are not managing, including doing inventory to be sure as not to run out of anything. More than once at this location, I have ordered only to be told some part of the order was not available. That happened today with the double chocolate cookies. It is the only reason i had for going there. Subway has very good cookies. I was very disappointed. Managers need to be trained properly and running out of any item should never be an option.

Horrible experience!! Went on my lunch break to get a footlong sandwich with chips n a drink n they messed up my order. Only gave me a 6 inch sandwich and when I told them they messed up, they tried to charge me for the other half of the sandwich and have a attitude about it. I Was going to just take a refund and go somewhere else but they already scanned my debit card and the manager was VERY RUDE about it!! I work in customer service and the way I was treated was definitely not friendly or good service. I will NOT be coming back here!!! Ruined my lunch break😑

Had to grab a quick lunch due to work schedule and decided to go to Subway through the drive thru. Paid $6.50 for the 6-inch deal of the day which was turkey and I asked for spinach and cucumber on italian herbs & cheese (kinda healthy right?). Well what I got was the complete opposite. Steak (very little at that) with only cheese and mayo on italian. Basically paid for chips and a drink. Took a picture and headed back to work with the drink. Went in the next day and the manager said very politely, sorry but the owner won't do anything in this case. Basically because I didn't call, save the sandwich, and retain the receipt they wouldn't have the common courtesy of doing something to "satisfy a paying customer " so I left and said I won't be back to this location. I'm not upset, I'm just warning y'all! Read the other reviews, this isn't the first time they gave the wrong sandwich to drive thru customers. And subway is a franchise, I wouldn't go back to this location, the owner clearly doesn't care about its customers.

Not happy ask for a foot long with tuna. They gave me Half inch with steak are somthing . Had to give it away . dont eat red meat. And the lady at the window ask me what i order. And did not give me receipt. Oh well 8: dollars gone down drain did not have time to go back had to get back to work.😙
