Slow to deliver my order. The cheese on the pizza slid to the side during delivery. I had to use a knife to separate each pice of pizza on the right side where all the cheese had slid.

Hey thanks for calling me an hour and a half after placing an order to tell me it would be another 2.5 hours. I could have grown my own wheat to make flour, grow my own veggies, and simmer some badass sauce before this place gave me a medium pizza. THANKS

Pizza isn't as salty as other pizza places. Actually it's not salty at all. That's a good thing. Their customer service is a bit off.
I ordered a pizza online for delivery to my apartment. I submitted instructions how to enter my apartment with the door code. The older African American man with glasses who delivered my pizza called for instructions and door code and was curt when I told him I had given instructions online.
He waved the receipt and said SEE, NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HERE. It didn't even have my apartment number. I'm sure I'm not the first customer to be surprised to receive a call for instructions after having given instructions online.
It's a correction Pappa Johns corporate needs to correct. No customer wants to be bothered with a phone call and then made to feel as if it was our fault. The apartment number and instructions needs to show up on the receipt, if not, why even have the customer submit that information online.

The only reason I even give this place a one star is because at least the manager was professional. The driver was incredibly rude and didn't even wait outside for more than 10 seconds....really....

Just witness a delivery driver blatantly running a stop sign. Do they think their car in invisible because, they have a papa johns on it. I know they worked at this papa johns, because of the area. I followed him got license plate, he was delivering pizza. I normally call the police and report drunk or careless driver. Papa johns need to drug testing or tell their drivers to obey the laws. A few months ago a Domino's pizza delivery guy ran a stop light. I called his job and reported him. Because we almost crashed.
