I made a reservation for my wife's birthday and everything was phenomenal from the staff to the food. The ambiance was superb and there is nothing lacking in this establishment. Five star dining experience!

HORRIBLE. Made reservations for my parents from Nevada. Gave Ocean Prime my credit card info so I can pay it. Got a fraud alert because it was a different state then approved it and SPOKE TO THEM ABOUT IT and they had the audacity to charge MY and my mothers card for $200+ EACH. Lady I spoke to even responded to me with "I'm actually the boss here"
Okay. I'm paying your bills so maybe have some respect for your customers ?
Definitely will never be making reservations there again.
Edit: 2 months later. I received a call from the manager apologizing AFTER I WROTE THIS REVIEW. She told me she'd love to send my parents a gift card to reimburse them for their failed dinner and also recreate their anniversary dinner. Two months of waiting for that gift card and They never got that gift card the in the mail lol SHE JUST WANTED ME TO DELETE THIS REVIEW.

This place was amazing! We started with sushi for our appetizer, then both ordered steak, shared the macaroni and mashed potatoes! Our server was fantastic! There was not a single con! I would definitely go back here and would recommend Ocean Prime to anyone!

Always an amazing atmosphere and food is incredibly prepared. Service impeccable, can't say enough about this establishment every time I'm in town I'm here!
