What a great atmosphere the place was until the service actually happened.The only reason the the one star.
We had a party of 8 that I was paying for, yet the waitress wasn’t taking much effort to Serve our table. If you want to make a restaurant successful in Dallas, it’s really about the experience as much as it is about the food. She couldn’t possibly care less to help with us with discovering the menu and she paid more attention to the smaller two-top tables. She had a disinterested attitude and it was quite clear by the behavior of the food runners that this was a normal occurrence.
Unfortunately, my party wasn’t impressed with the food either. The burgers were over cooked and my family still ate it because they didn’t have the option of returning it...the waitress was out of sight until it was time to deliver the bill. Too bad there wasn’t a manager on site during the lunch time. We would have tried to help them out by explaining how they could prevent this awful experience again. As a former manager of a high end restaurant, I was appalled that this happens in such a tough market. To the owners of Lark, I wish you the best and hope you have an opportunity to send in some undercover guests to get an idea of what really happens when you’re not looking.

Great cocktails. Good choice of beers on tap. The four of us had: lamb chops, quails, pheasant, and pesto tagliatelle. All awesome. Service was attentive (bald dude). Great bartender (the guy with a beard)

I really don't write bad reviews, but honestly my experience here was not worth the money.
I ordered the lamb plate; now I'm not one to spend $30+ on a plate, but there comes a time when we have to treat ourselves. Don't get me wrong the place is beautiful, but the food is .. okay (meaning not okay because it should be great for the price!)
It might have been because the shop was going to close early to maintenance, so they just whipped up some fast food and threw it on plate.
Final verdict: 2 Stars.
If you just want to come a place and hold 1 on 1 meeting with tea on side- this is the place.

Amazing food and beer/cocktail selection. Our waiter was very knowledgeable of the food and was very patient. Always a great scene with cool art.

I love the location and the aesthetics of Lark on the Park, only wish I liked their food and service more. Awfully slow was the arrival of food ordered. Each plate presented was beautiful, unique in taste, YET unfortunately, inadequate in preparation. Undercooked were the soft-shell crab & Israeli cous cous; overcooked was their homemade spaghetti; and, the bottom of their perfectly seared scallops were ruined by being placed on top of their piping hot summer minestrone broth. Sad!
