This place has gone terribly down hill. We've actually been a few times in the last 12 months and every time... understaffed, no tables being cleared, no tables ready and absurd wait times. We had 45 minutes between a salad starter and pizza, and the restaurant was less than 10% full. During that wait we never saw a single table get cleared unless demand was there. When approached, the manager came across as lazy, annoyed with us, disinterested in offering good service and failed to support the staff. This resounded throughout the operation. It's a shame because their pizza is good.

We love Grimaldi's!! The pizzas and salads are amazing but be prepared to wait on a Friday or Saturday night whether you order take out or dine in. We highly recommend the Brooklyn Bridge pizza!

Visited the place 7/7/2017 and the food is worth the wait. Best pizza hands down! I would have rated it 5 stars but the air was out. My family and I order the Don pizza.

Great pizzas, courteous host and good service in a casual and family friendly atmosphere. Gets busy on weekends so plan accordingly. Food was served fairly promptly and our waiter was very nice and attentive. Prices were reasonable and everything was all around pleasant. No complaints at all.

We had an excellent experience here. From the moment we stepped in, to the moment we left. Wait staff was great and very helpful since this was our first visit here. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and loved it. Pizza was perfect and the cheesecake was phenomenal! The restaurant itself was very nice. They have a bar area, an outdoor patio section, and your regular indoor seating area. You can see them flip the dough in the middle of the restaurant which is also pretty cool. Will definitely eat here again if I'm in the area.
