They still bring your food out to your table and treat you with respect. Food is always hot and fresh. My wife and I eat here all the time.

One star is to much for my visit today.I got in line at 12:58 pm with one car at the menue already waiting.I waited for 8 minutes for her to be able to give them there order.I pulled up and in just a moment or so and I was able to give the person my order.I pulled up behind the car in front and waited another 8:minutes for her to get her order.Then my turn and another 8 full minutes to get my order.the inside wasn't busy yet I was there almost 30 minutes to get food.Something is wrong, I get my ticket on my order and the time reads like i havs been there 7 minutes.LJS 32073 ticket # 139 at13:15 today .

I went through the drive thru around 2:30, way after the lunch rush. The food was hot, all of it. And my wait time was less than 5 minutes. It had been a long time since I had been to Long John Silver's and I am leaving impressed. I haven't been inside so I can't speak for their cleanliness, but the food was great. Will definitely be back!
People speaking of the food being over priced are being ridiculous. You'll pay about $8-12 anywhere for fast food, most of which is processed, artificially flavored beef parts pressed into a patty.
