This is the very last time we will ever get food here. Every time is worse than the last. The food was terrible! The skin was falling off the meat. The meat was pink to red. The bones are almost black? Wth it makes no sense to me how anyone can cook such bad food and still be in business. They forget to bag our coleslaw. No way I'm driving 15 min back to get that. The corn looks like a mix of today's and yesterday's corn. The biscuits?
The counter inside is literally hanging on the wall. Why?

What a horrible place to eat. The first thing was she walked up to the counter looking like she was wore out and proceeds to tell me there was no more cole slaw and she could not make any more. Now there was plenty in the buffet but the buffet was a nasty mess as well as the restaurant. I have not had KFC in four years and four years ago when I tried I was hit with the same attitude and the same nastiness from the same store. I'm hoping when I go to a different town KFC will deliver. Deliver what I've been missing.

This is the most mismanaged fast food restaurant in history (Conway location). We were in line for OVER 45 MINUTES. We would have left but we had already paid and they told us to pull up. I absolutely never leave bad reviews but this was ridiculous.

1.5 hrs until store close and no chicken tenders!! No chicken tenders ... at a restaurant that specializes in chicken! No offer to prepare any which makes perfect sense being that chicken tenders take a long time! The service tonight was bad but not subpar for this location as it is never good. To answer the obvious question: if its always sibpar then why return ... simple answer is that my kid really likes KFC and this is the only one in Conway.

There's always something that "needs to be cooked fresh" so you have to wait 7 minutes. The staff are always sneaking bites of food while they are working behind the counter. There are people moving around but no cooking or order assembly actually happens. They just walk in and out of the office and go to the back out of view. It's as if there is no management at all and no accountability. When you do finally get food, there is something missing from the bag. Fast food isn't supposed to take 17-22minutes of waiting when going through the drive through. This place is a joke. Dirty, poorly staffed, unorganized joke.
PS...the original Colonel called from the grave. He said it's time to refresh the store inside and out.
