Wonderful to work with! When we purchased our first house they were very helpful and made the process stress free. We had tried using another company and was given the run around for a month before finding Central Arkansas Finance. We used them again recently when interest rates went down to refinance for a better rate. The service and staff are excellent!

I bought my first house in Conway through them on November 15th, 2012. I was very pleased with my rate and closing cost. The staff was friendly and my loan officer was helpful. I ended up putting 5% down because I decided to buy in West Conway. I found out that you can buy with nothing down if you plan to buy outside of city limits and almost went that route. Anyways, I'd recommend them if you're a first time buyer because the guy I worked with took the time to walk me through the whole process and helped me find a good realtor. Overall it was an excellent experience!

I've had my information lost, had to contact them 90 percent of the time, and in the end he was not efficient with communicating with me and has wasted a month of my time
