Dr. Hardin has been my PCP for the past three years, and I have always loved going here. Sometimes the staff can be very bad at communicating with the patients, but the people who are actually working with you (the doctors, the lab techs, etc) have always been great so it has been worth dealing with the rest of the staff.
If they could just fix the poor communication problem they would be an ideal clinic, it's the only reason I don't rate 5 stars.
My negative experiences:
If you need something done (such as tests like MRI, ultrasound, etc. scheduled with the imaging center) you'll have to do it in person because they will not do it if asked to over the phone.
If things do not work, they do not explain it. For example, a special form was required for a prescription and when they sent it in, they were denied because it needed authorized from a GI specialist. For 2 months I kept asking the clinic to submit the form and instead of telling me they had and it was rejected, they kept telling me "okay we will make sure to do that today," leading me to believe they weren't doing it.

Don't go into this clinic without wearing a Body Camera. I was just released from jail today after doing a 90 day sentence because three of the workers in the front office lied on me. Actually one lied and two others barred false witness for the original liar, there was no evidence to support their claim, but even though there was no evidence, the judge still believed them over me and my wife. I will put my sole polygraph exam against the liars Anytime, Anyplace, and Anywhere (without my wifes who was with me that day when I was accused) so long as the polygraph examiner is from another state, and has had no conversation with me or the liars. My wife knew I was innocent, because she was there, but because we are married I found out that it cancels her out as a witness for me, and I also found out from my lawyer that we couldnt bring up the fact that the original liar had been recently arrested on a drug charge. They failed to produce any video evidence or photos, when we went to trial, and me and my wife knew why, but the judge and the prosecutor for some reason failed to see why. because there was no evidence to support their lie. My lawyer said that he found out that the original liar had been arrested on drug charges in October of 2015. I had a feeling she was a Meth Head from the sunken face and rotting teeth. I almost lost my wife because she became so upset that she had a stroke while I was in jail, and she almost died while she was in the hospital. These past 90 days have been Hell and I pray I can find a way to forgive, put this all behind me, concentrate on helping my wife get better, and try to enjoy what time I have left with her, because we arent young and 90 days of time is very precious to us.

I have been coming here for years now and I don't know why. I like Dr Naylor but every time I get an appointment it's a couple hours later before I get back to see him. This time it was over my back I got a prescription for pain but it wasn't signed so I just have to deal with the pain. How can this be acceptable. Very sad that I will have to find a more competent Doctors office.

Husband went in for follow up over a visit to the ER over abdominal pains, they told him they would schedule him for an ejection fraction test to see how well his gall bladder is functioning. A week later, my husband had to call them and ask when his test was going to be scheduled and finally they were able to tell him a couple of days later when to go to Radiology. We were told that results would be available 1-2 days later. 4 days later and still no results, I call the doctor's office to see why and the receptionist could only tell me "I will leave a note for the nurse". I asked if I would hear something back today and she replied with "I don't know since it's almost 4:30, but I will get the note to her." I'm going to take my husband to GI specialist and get his results, he's in pain - nauseous - and scared to eat because of something and since this doctor's office is taking their time with getting back to us over the results we will go to
someone else and find another family physician

Dr. Naylor is awesome, but his nurse BELINDA....not so much. she is definitely NOT worth the money they pay her. Can't stand having to deal with her. She is so hateful!! Dr. Hardin's nurses are awesome. Lori is so sweet. Maybe Belinda could learn some people skills from Lori! Dr. Hardin is awesome too!
