I love this clinic! I am sad to see a bad review. The review I saw was regarding a doctor I have never heard of . So I am thinking they were confused! I would recommend Dr. Ward to anyone! He is amazing. He really cares. We were living in Conway when I began being seen for my previous pregnancy and then moved to Cabot. I decided not to switch clinics. Well now on baby number 3 I am still driving to Conway just for Dr. Ward!

I trust Dr. Ward with my life. He always takes time to answer every question, listens respectfully and honestly to every concern, and is always willing to take extra measures to make SURE that my concerns are alleviated. When I was having pain, they brought me in right away and did every test to find out what was wrong. Also, I love that my doctor will do everything he can to be the one to deliver the baby even if he's not on-call when I go into labor. I'll be really sad when I'm not pregnant anymore and don't get to come back every month!

Ok, so I normally don’t like to leave negative reviews but I feel that I need to warn mommys-to-be. My husband and I arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment since this was our first visit and we had to fill out paperwork. 1 hour and 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment (so a total of 2 hours) we were finally taken to our room. I really wanted to just get up and leave but I have epilepsy and I really wanted to speak to our doctor to make sure everything is ok and the meds I currently take are good for both myself and my baby. After being in our room for 15 minutes the nurse came in and told me that my doctor will not be able to make it in and that I can either reschedule or see another doctor. I told the nurse that as long as the other doctor isn’t male I am fine with that. She then informed me that I HAVE to see the male doctor at some point because I will be alternating between 4 different doctors. We waited an additional 20 minutes before the doctor came in. Here comes the fun part… The doctor (Dr. Collins) had to get her phone out to GOOGLE the medicine that I take for my epilepsy, in my opinion she should have looked at my “chart” before coming in and if she was unfamiliar with the medicine she could have researched it before coming in to see us. She then suggested that I take a specific medicine for my nausea which I already knew that I CANNOT take with the meds I have to take for my epilepsy…so she could have potentially killed both myself and my unborn child!!!! The doctor performed what I consider a “half-ass” Pap smear (didn’t take a culture sample or anything) and then her cell phone rang which she proceeded to check who was calling her (which I felt was unprofessional) and was about to leave the room and told me to schedule an ultrasound with the front desk person. I told her that I had a few questions and she seemed to be inconvenienced by my questions and was not very helpful/informative with her answers. So, not only did I not get any blood work done, I wasn’t told when my due date is and I still had many unanswered questions. At this point I already knew I wasn’t going to return so I got dressed and waited in line to check out. While we were checking out we overheard the male doctor speaking to ALL of the office staff (not just another doctor) about his previous patient’s (the lady standing in front of us) bloody vagina and her issues. The front desk person was kind enough to apologize to the patient because all of us could hear what he was saying, but how rude of him?! Not to mention a total HIPAA violation. It was now our turn to check out and was told that I could schedule my ultrasound appointment as early as next week, I inquired about the timing because I’ve heard that normally the first ultrasound should be at approx. 8 weeks to be able to get a good reading and at that point I was probably only around 5 weeks (but was unsure because blood work wasn’t performed) and she informed me that their earliest appointment would be next week and did not answer my question about timing. There were a few other issues but I feel like I’ve already written a novel so I will leave those issues alone.
