How did these other people who left reviews actually get past the front desk? My daughter waited 2 weeks just for a phone consultation so the clearly skeptical person on the other end could give her a list of alternate resources. What the heck? I thought THEY were the resource. When (after learning of Younkin's lack of concern) her pediatrician's office called telling them she was high-priority, they assured the NP my daughter would be seen within 24 hours if she called again. My daughter called within a couple hours and they again treated her like she was exaggerating and again referred her elsewhere. It takes a lot for an 18yo girl to reach out for help and this is a great example of why.

I love the people at the front desk, especially Tracy and Cindy. They are always willing to chat and friendly. Also, there is free hot chocolate!
