Never showed up or even called. When we called to ask how close they were for the second time they said someone was on the way and they he’ll call us soon...15 minutes later still no call or cab. Called again to confirm someone was on the way, customer service rep hung up on us...absolutely terrible!

The drive cost 22 dollars on the way there. the driver took advantage of my wife not knowing where she was going and the ride back cost 50. ended up spending 70 dollar's. how does that happen? worst cab company in the state shame on you for taking advantage of a woman

We book a cab hours in advance I called to make sure the cab was on its way they said it was down the street. Another half hour passes I tried to call again kept getting disconected. Needless to say my cab never came.

The only reason I give them 2 stars is because there are at least two good drivers that seem to care. Unfortunately, they have no choice in dispatching. Yellow Cab has NEVER been on time, the best thing they have going for them is the other services stick even worst.
