The employees are very friendly here. They always have the items I need. However, Everytime I come here, it takes at least 15 minutes to get an employee to the reptile department to get food.

I took my buddy to get groomed I live in northeast Col and usually go to the two notch store but had no available time so by chance I called the ft Jackson store and they had a available time and I am so glad!! Krystal was his groomer. She was so sweet and kind buddy was shaken a little and she took him and calmed him down!!! He looked so good and I was very happy! And the cashier gave me a coupon which helped she also was super kind!!! I made another appt for grooming!!!! And the grooming section smelled good!

I can find everything I need for my fur babies and more. APL adoption association. Pet grooming. Vet on premises. Helpful associates. I don't shop any place else.😸

They have good sales. Took off a star because one male employee treated me like I was crazy and made me uncomfortable. I will say, the vet is ok, but I won't be coming back for a vet appointment.

Compared to the Two Notch store, this PetSmart is absolutely clean and friendly!! The fish aquariums were top notch CLEAN AND DEAD FISH FREE!!!! ALL of the goldfishes were beautiful and healthy looking!!! I will be coming to this location for my aquarium needs!!!!! The associate who helped me was soooo nice!!! 4got her name tho but if she sees this review she will remember who left this lol
