They take forever to come. I ended up missing my hair appointment today. I told them I didn't even want the cab anymore and they called me a lier and told me I would ld be blocked through text. I've had instinces where the cab driver didn't even call and when I was On my way outside he left.

Unreliable You can't just call one and expect it to show up on time. Next time I'm calling Uber.

I was told that if I pre booked a taxi online, the taxi would be ready and waiting for me at the scheduled time. I booked a taxi a week before my trip to the airport and there was no taxi waiting for me. After waiting for 5 minutes, I called to ensure that the taxi was on its way, to which they paid little attention to the fact that I had a flight to catch and needed to be picked up at that scheduled time. When I asked how long it would be, the operator told me that no taxi driver had been dispatched and it would be hard to know, not the answer you want to hear when you're in a time crunch. They are unreliable and I will never be using their services again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else using them either.

I called for a taxi at 3:35 PM and was told that a cab would be at my destination in about 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I called back and spoke with a woman who said they would give Kyle a call and call me right back. Bye 40 minutes after I have not received a call. I then sent a text message asking where my Taxi was. I was then asked for my location and was told he had a taxi driver 10 minutes away. I am now late for work and I would not say this service is reliable. I didn't make it to work until almost 5pm for a driving commute that only takes five minutes. When the driver arrived he was nice but all I got were excuses as to why it took an hour and a half. No discount of any sort was given and I was penalized. Not a happy customer.
