Awesome experience. You get a lot for what you pay. 40 bucks gets you a 4 course meal that leaves you stuffed. A great place to go for any celebration. Our waitress, Jess, was helpful in helping us decide what to get since it was our first time.

Went to a dinner at The Melting Pot last night to honor a girlfriend of mine that is getting married. She raves about this place and so I was interested to try it out. Our service was incredibly slow, 3 out of 5 orders came to the table wrong. I'm Vegetarian and, while I'm glad they had options for me (and another guest was Vegan), they weren't super desireable nor tasty. The tofu was too salty to eat, the vegetable balls definitely didn't seem to be made in-house and tasted awful and they didn't even have an entree salad. Originally, all I wanted was a salad, but the salads are very small...so I didn't have a choice other than ordering off of their very overpriced entree menu. To make matters worse, as we were eating a roach began crawling up the wall next to us (at one point, directly above a guest's head at our table). Our waitress quickly killed it and we, of course, asked to speak to a manager. It took 30 minutes for a manager to come speak with us and it honestly didn't come across that she cared about the situation. They did take a discount to each of our checks, but it took another 25 minutes for them to bring them out to us. What an AWFUL first impression! I have no desire to ever set foot in that eatery again. Our waitress was a sweetheart, and she was obviously very upset about all that had taken place, but management couldn't have cared less. How disappointing. I wish google reviews would allow me to post the video I have, but I did post a photo because eww.

We had NO CLUE that we would be spending $75-85 for a Little plate of UN-SEASONED Meat to be cooked in a pot of water and 🍷 wine!!!!!!! Horrific experience!!!!
If you like a small portion of meat with ABSOLUTELY NO SEASONINGS inwhich you have to cook YOURSELF... then The Melting Pot is your Place to eat!!!
Nevertheless, the staff was pleasant. As well as the melted cheese and 🍞 bread..
They may need to be sure that 1st time customers understand what they understand that they have to pay to COOK their own food w/o any SEASONINGS!!!

The Melting Pot is in my opinion is the best restaurant in town. The staff is great and so is the food. They have great atmosphere so you'd better hurry up and make your reservation. Mr. Jay Kilmartin is the owner and he is willing to do anything to assist you .

Unique and classy. Wonderful fondue restaurant with fantastic wait staff. Server assisted in understanding menu and preparing food. Memorable experience. Will come again.
