This taco Bell is one of the slowest ones I've ever been to, consistently. Every time I go, night or day, I wait 20 minutes or longer for my food.

They are in need of extra employees badly. Yet, there is a lady that works at the window and I wish she was there every time I go there cause she is awesome!

Every. Single. Order. They have messed up either my entire order or missed something. I figured it had to be maybe one employee or at busy times when they are scatter brained but whether it’s dead or busy they mess up my order. I’ve tried multiple times since it’s the closest taco bell to me (still not very close) but i no longer will be going here. Wasted time and money for a simple taco.

3 of my coworkers and myself decided on this Taco bell for lunch today. The cashier told us there would be a wait because they were short staffed. That was a bit of an understatement since they only had TWO people running the whole restaurant! It got very busy, but those 2 ladies keep everything moving and the level of customer service was fantastic! I wish I would have gotten their names, but I guess I'll just have to hope they get the proper thanks they deserve. We were very impressed that with how hard they worked to take care of all the customers and for keeping such a positive attitude in such a difficult situation.
