Good service. Fresh local ingredients. Kinda small portions, but portion inflation is a generic American restaurant problem. Generally good food well executed. BUT, green beans, which seem to be their default lunch veg, are invariably underdone,(there's "crunchy", Al dente, and just plain RAW!) When you still need a steak knife to cut green beans, after you've sent the plate back to the kitchen for a re-do, there's a problem in the kitchen. Just sayin'.

Damian was not a friendly server, nor was he very attentive. Several instances led me to this feeling overall of being ignored and treated less important than his other tables. He also snapped at the female server who first greeted our table by shouting "this is not your table, this is my section," which is obviously a private conversation for the back of house. Food portions were very small, zero room for flexibility on scrambled eggs vs. fried eggs... which is extremely silly for Sunday brunch. Damian rudely expressed this rule to our visiting guests, and insisted we not stray from the menu options on how we like our eggs cooked. No worries, we will not be back to visit him soon. Unpleasant experience for all four of us.

Motor Supply is easily one of my favorite spots in Columbia. Pricey for sure but we'll worth it. The rotating menu is usually the same sort of staples but with a different twist each time. Great cocktail beer and wine selection as well, and their brunch is on point. Would highly suggest if you're looking for the best in Columbia.

Motor supply staff, bartenders and chefs created the ultimate eclipse experience. The thoughtful menu, drink selections, and friends and family atmosphere were beyond expectations. Our group of ten all had the same comment - "Cannot imagine how this day could have been better." Hat's off to the entire Motor Supply team for welcoming us into their family. Thank you!

This place used to be a solid five star restaurant for me. And to be completely fair, I still have a hard time not wanting to visit every opportunity I get. But the experience seems to have decreased. The menu has become somewhat stale and the dishes generally feel underseasoned. It's still a fantastic place for a romantic dinner in the Vista, but just not quite as awesome as it once was.
