Service tonight was terrible. Asked for no peppers and instead I get jalapenos and red peppers. Asked for extra cheese and get no cheese. Customer service was horrible. Was greeted when I called in. "What do you want?" Crew member came in from outside and smelled like smoke and went straight to the kitchen and didn't even wash his hands.

This is a great sub shop that uses good quality meats. Service is fast, the restaurant is clean, and staff is friendly. Comparable to sub station 2 and much better than Subway! Pro tip: They will not sell you actual sea-worthy submarines unless you tell them "Red October" at the counter and have $2 million cash.

Was just there. Great food. Quick service. Rudely quick. The guy deemed to realized and corrected his manner. The girl slams a sandwich on the counter and loudly says "This is for that old lady. Nope

I am done with this place. Done. This is the 11th time they have screwed my sandwich up. I always specify DO NOT PUT ONIONS OR PEPPERS ON MY SANDWICH. It never fails that while I am paying for my food they add them. I am allergic to them if I eat them the juices don't affect me but every time I get home in the past 11 times my sandwich has had them. I have called and been told "Oh, sorry make sure you explain it better next time." Seriously? I should have only had to say it once to the person making my sandwich. Plus, every time I go it's not busy maybe 3 or 4 other customers. So, they are not to busy to hear me.

Really nice location since the remodelling. Food has always been good, but now it looks more presentable as well. Good service. One visit I was given way too much mayo, but I've been happy with my food far more than disappointed.
