Uggh I don't see what all the hype us about. Cold donuts just thrown in the bag ,watered down coffee. Never going back!

Don't even waste your time and go to that place, very rude unprofessional kids running that place. This morning I was ordering my coffee for my wife and I and the girl was being super rude. I called and asked for the manager in charge to ask for the girls first and last night he provided me with the first name saying he doesn't know her last name. I don't know what kind of people are they hiring if they don't know their last names. Again don't waste your time go across the street to Starbucks or a mile and a half down the street to another Dunkin' Donuts.

This is the 2nd NASTY Dunkin DoNUTS in Columbia this is run by his wife SARAh ROches & flies everywhere stuff does not work. Stale donuts that are made the nite before by his family members that don't wear gloves or hair nets 💩💩😱😡🐀☕🍩 so please don't waste your money on these locations 9311 two notch Rd 4726 Forest drive & 1525 broad River road NASTY ROCHES & FLIES 🐀☕🍩💩😱🙏🙅 check out my FB page misdlatetiess for phots and video

I've loved going to Dunkin' Donuts all my life (except for my years west of the Mississippi River) but service, variety of donuts and quality varies with the location. That is why only 3 stars here. In Irmo or Lexington they often deserve 5 Stars because they are super friendly but here, it is iffy, depending on the latest people hired. Service can suffer and later in the day, things often dry out and coffee is not always the best. But let them know you care and give them encouragement, it can help. Made well, taking advantage of their many options, it is tops.
