Rude service. Listened to the guy curse because he was having trouble wrapping other customer's burrito. Everything has cilantro mixed in it, lack of raw ingredient options. Added charges at checkout. We will never go back.

The food should be good but the outlet is not maintain as it should. If there are lots people then the meat is cold and not good. I guess go for downtown one. This place is not worth to visit.

Typical Mexican grill. The food is fresh and spicy. Generous portions. Polite staff. Only had to stand in a longish line once. Service is fast once you get up to the serving line.

The majority of the time the food is good. Sometimes the meat is cold or almost though like another reviewer said. I rate it a 4 still because this Chipotle has the best tasting food and pretty consistent. They lack the other star due to the customer service. Almost the entire bunch that works when I'm in there seems to have an attitude as if they don't want to be there. Chipotle on Garner Ferry has wonderful friendly faces for their staff. This location isn't so inviting BUT their food is good so I come back a lot because of the food.

I always feel rushed when I'm in line which sucks because the employees then skimp on the amount of food you get. Today the server filled my bowl with mainly rice and barely put anything else in the bowl. Not only were my portions skimpy but the food was not the greatest. It was flavorless and I literally just went to the Chipotle on Garners the other day and the service was great and the food was delicious. I hate coming to this Chipotle but it's the only one that is close to my job.
