I have received extremely poor service from the administrative staff. The nurses in the infusion are AWESOME. My only issues are with those representatives working in the scheduling office.

Nurses are very knowledge, professional, and show a great level of concern for the patients. The receptionist was so bubbly and outgoing, it was nice to see someone who displays such happiness in their job.
