I am disabled and rely on Longs to deliver over the 11 drugs I must have. The accuracy of their formulation and the professionalism of the staff are excellent as well as the follow-up whenever it is necessary. Some of the drugs require annual re-authorization by my insuror and actions I might have to take are handled directly by the staff with no action on my part. It is great to support a local business and to get service as good or better than a chain that takes as much time. The personal attention cannot be beat. I recommend the Longs pharmacies to anyone.
