The Farrell Agency helped me with a last minute situation and had me taken care of in a matter of minutes. Everyone that I talked with and to were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I had a question about a particular part of my insurance and called to talk to Mike Farrell. He answered the phone explained to me that he was in the middle of a conversation on another line and would call me right back. Not more than 5 minutes had passed when Mike called me back and answered my question. I don't know many people that will stay focused with their customers like this. I suggest any and everyone go to this agency to have your insurance needs taken care of. Big thanks to the Farrell Agency.
