My daughter goes here and she is always happy when she leaves no worries at all. I thought i would give them a try. I was very happy i did. Dr.Bailey was very patient with gentle hands.

Made an appointment. Confirm that appointment. Then had someone to call and ask me if I could change it to a different time. The young lady said they was working short handed. On the day of my appointment I got there 6 minutes late and I was told they couldn't see my boys. Mind you, this not my first time going to this dentist office. I will not be returning.

The dental hygienist Heather is enough for anyone to drop their current dentist office and switch to Kool Smiles. If you've ever seen one of those YouTube kid videos, Heather speaks with enthusiasm using different voices and sound effects two explain the dental procedure in a way that is not alarming but rather fun and entertaining.

Great service and very nice office staff, Dr. Sheffield and Asst. Dana was very friendly with my daughter and made her feel very comfortable.
Another Great visit at Kool Smiles! Heather Davis is awesome! Your kids will love going to Dentist because of her!👍👍

I have been taking my 2 children there since I moved here from Texas 3 years ago. The staff there is always friendly and they know both of my children by name. Heather is especially wonderful with my son who sometimes has a hard time with the "white coat" syndrome. She is always patient with him. Actually they all are. I recommend them to all of my co-workers! Thanks guys for such awesome work!
