Jennifer Gillis, the nurse practitioner, is great. She was super nice and helpful. The office staff is great too.

The entire facility was excellent.Office staff,nursing,MRI (Renee) & Dr . Williams were friendly,thorough,and skilled in every aspect of their duties.It is not easy finding a practice where everyone is exceptional,and clean.Highly recommend.

Unprofessional service. I would give this practice a negative rating, if I could.
I made an appointment as a new patient in the Fall for a January appointment. Given that I did not get a confirmation call or letter, I called to confirm. I was told that they lost my paper work and that I have to have an appointment in March. I said OK.
I just listened to a message from the doctor's office canceling my appointment and rescheduling for May!!!
I was told that they were accepting patients. It is clear that they don't want my business. If they can't see me next week then they should give a referral to someone who can accommodate.
Internists are supposed to be primary care physicians, but apparently they primarily don't care about people.

The worst physician and practice experience I have ever had. Its understandable that everyone makes clerical errors from time to time, even doctors. Its how you handle the correction of that error that shows your level of professionalism. The office staff has been unresponsive and downright rude.
