Refused to treat my son, dropped him as a patient after I fell behind on a payment. We were told to find another orthodontist, but when we tried they said negative things about us to them causing them not to see him either. I left messages and sent emails to them pleading with them to at least fix his broken brackets that were falling out of his mouth and wires sticking into his gums causing pain. They do not care about the patient, only making money. Also once he saw my google review he finally agreed to see my son for one visit to fix his broken bracket. He then asked to see me privately and told me to take down my review in a very rude manner. It's interesting that he only responded to my review but didn't bother to thank everyone else for their kind reviews.

I have a background in dentistry to include orthodontics. Dr. Boyd took wonderful care of my two sons years ago. He graciously agreed to a consultation for my granddaughter and I cannot say how impressed I continue to be with him and his incredible staff. He spent time explaining things and gave excellent advice on her care. His office on Devine Street is clean and welcoming and definitely welcoming to children and adults with separate spaces for all. He is as knowledgeable and professional as I remember him with my boys and his office reflects the most state of the art equipment you want for your family. Orthodontic care is an investment and if you want the best for your family then look no further.

Dr. Boyd and his staff go above and beyond duty to help their patients. Their service is just amazing! Not only that, but they make the office visits fun and rewarding so that my kids look forward to the office visits.

Dr Boyd and his office staff have done a great job with our daughter's teeth. She now has a beautiful smile. The entire staff is caring and warm all the time. We are looking forward to repeating the process with my son. We highly recommend Dr. Boyd and his team to anyone looking for braces for themselves or for their children.
