I know a lot of people like Tin Roof for music and dancing, but I’ve mostly been there for dinner and happy hour during the week. The bar is perfectly acceptable, but the food is pretty awful, and wait time is unpredictable even when you’re the only table in the joint.

The service is good and the food is great! It may look a bit pricey, but you will get more food than you paid for--very large portions. It's also a real nice place to catch a band and a brew

This is a really cool music venue/restaurant! The service is excellent! The employees are very inviting and friendly. The venue is always holding special events and they supply a variety of musical guests. The venue is in the heart of Columbia. The atmosphere is very cool, especially the stage and lighting in the venue. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Tin has a great balance of travelers, young professionals, students, parents who need a break from their kids, and i will always feel comfortable bringing my mom and dad to tin roof. Great.live music that doesn't overwhelm the space. The outside space is great for conversations and the garage doors open when the weather is nice. Richard at the door is one of their most valuable employee.

This was my first time here and I really enjoyed it. There is a $5 cover fee (don't go out much or had to pay one before) which I don't really understand, but oh well. The set up was nice. I liked how the bar was in the middle with tables to the sides and the band in the front. The outside area for people to smoke was neat too, so you don't have smokers inside or have to walk out the front door to smoke.
