The server Brian was very sweet. I love the guac double steakburger. Add a little bit of pepper sauce and it is heaven!

Bf and stopped her for lunch but ended up being dinner by the time we got our food. Took an hour and a half to get our food which was good but super slow! Our server was great, no complaints about him. The bus boy looked like a crackhead! Long white-sleeved shirt was BLACK from not being washed! If you're in a rush, don't stop here!!

I'm surprised at all the bad reviews. I'm not from the area, but I went here last Thursday, and it was probably my best steak and shake experience. There were only a few customers, but my waiter was the only one serving everyone and running the register (it was around 10am), but he did a great job. I never had to ask for anything because he always brought stuff quickly, despite everything else he had to do. I think his name was Charles. Great job! I would stop by again if I were in town.

This place is terrible. So dirty & ghetto. Employees roll their eyes when asked for something, then get an attitude when you point out your order is wrong, like it's your fault. I don't think they ever mop because my feet literally stuck to the floor when walking in.
